Motto and Aim
“ Unity and discipline” is the motto of the NCC. In living up to its motto, the NCC appears to havebeen one of the greatest cohesive forces of the nation, bringing together the youth hailing from different parts ofthe country and moulding them into the united and disciplined citizens of the nation.
The NCC in India wasformed in 1948. It wasraised in Parimal Mitra Smriti Mahavidyalaya on 27 February in 1990, under the 61 Bengal Battalion NCC, Jalpaiguri, under the leadership of the ANOLt. Basudev Paul.
We have two platoons(4B & 4C) 2XPL (SD & SW) now leading by the ANO, Lt. Nitay Mahanto. The NCC has been the strength in our college in igniting the abled students from the under-privileged and vulnerable sections of geosocialset up of oursociety. Time is elusive. The cadetstry to enable social dynamicsfor a better community.
